Our favourite, hip new hotel in Sihanoukville with really helpful staff.

Convenient location! It's super close to the ferry that'll take you to Koh Rong 🏝️ and just a quick hop to Sihanoukville if you need a place to crash before catching your ferry. Plus, the units come with a balcony for some fresh air vibes.

We stayed here before, always bright and big rooms with a balcony. The location was convenient and marvellous, near a ferry to koh rong and the island. Also, it was 500 metres from Victory Beach.

Some people working there were kind of rude.

New-fashioned double room, comfortable beds. A wide range of facilities such as: a refrigerator and air conditioning. Location close to all Cambodia, the ferry to Koh Rong Sanleom and Koh Rong and the port🙂

The room was modern with climate control, a fridge, and a very comfortable bed, and being near a port was a bonus!

The guest house was clean, with free wifi and spacious bathroom. Staff were polite and friendly. Convenient location near a casino and close to the port for Koh Rong ferry.

Tasty breakfast options available. the room has a comfy double bed, a hot shower, and a nice balcony where you can chill 😊.

My favorite property in Sihanoukville. Good home base for 1 night. - Very friendly staff on reception and elsewhere. - Modern, big rooms with a warm shower, a balcony, for instance, marvellous setting.

New building, clean facilities, good location, walking access to beach and public areas, helpful staff, comfortable room.

The room here was updated and quite spacious, and the bathroom was in good shape. It was a nice perk to be near the port! 🌊

This place is conveniently located near the port, with Queenco Fitness Club and Spa just a short walk away.

Convenient location, just a short distance from the snake house. The staff was incredibly friendly and quick to resolve any issues. 👍

They spoke excellent English and were very helpful. While they don't offer food at the guesthouse, they have a great arrangement with a local cafe called Roumoules. the food there was delicious, and you have the option to order it to the guesthouse or walk to the cafe. the location is convenient, close to the train station and piers. Even though it's outside the main town area, it provided a peaceful night's sleep in a clean and inviting room. the room and bathroom were spacious, and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that the sheets felt a bit itchy. I only stayed for one night before heading to the islands, so I can't speak much about the surrounding area.

It only took me 10-15 minutes to walk to the pier, and the staff were very nice. Cons: Everything was fantastic!

I had an amazing stay at this guesthouse! The value for money was unbeatable, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and the port to the islands. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel safe and well taken care of throughout my stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by adding more variety.
